Absolutely no arch support - These shoes were the exact color and style I was looking for and when I first put these shoes on I thought they were a perfect fit and very comfortable, however, after the first day of wearing these to work, my feet were absolutely killing me because there is NO ARCH! Consequently, about midway through the day, I could hardly walk because with the slight angle/height of the heel, all my weight was carried on the ball of my foot! OUCH! What a disappointment!
